Drizzle olive oil if you have any.

  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add the table spoon of duck fat.


  2. 2- Add chicken strips and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside until you cook the broccoli.


  3. 3- Add broccoli florets and minced garlic. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender and bright green.


  4. 4- Add the chicken strips back and soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss or stir to combine.
