  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add coconut oil.


  2. 2- Add cubed tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.


  3. 3- Add sliced bok choy, mushrooms, and minced garlic. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.


  4. 4- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss or stir to combine.
