  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add the avocado oil.


  2. 2- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.


  3. 3- Add broccoli florets and minced garlic. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.


  4. 4- After adding back the shrimp from step 2 add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss or stir to combine.
