This keto stir-fry recipe is a quick and easy meal for busy weeknights.


You can use all the ingridients above or switch the protine and the vegetables with what you have in your fridge.


Sprinkling Scallion and Sesame seed would also be great addition. But, hey, go with what you have.

  1. 1- Heat the Avocado oil in a wok over high heat.


  2. 2- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and cook until fragrant.


  3. 3- Add the chicken and cook until browned. Take it out and put it on a side plate or bowl.


  4. 4- Cook the mushroom and continue to cook until it is done sweating. Add the cooked ingridients you took out at the end of step 3.


  5. 5- Season with salt & pepper.


  6. 6- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil (when the gas is off), and red pepper flakes, and toss or stir to combine.


  7. 8- Chop a stem or two of Scallion and sprinkle after plating. Sprinkling toasted Sesame seeds would also boost the flavour of the dish
