You can use all the ingridients above or switch the protine and the vegetables with what you have in your fridge.

  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add the tallow.


  2. 2- Add beef strips and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.


  3. 3- Add sliced red bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.


  4. 4- After adding back the beef from step 2 add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss or stir to combine.
