This keto cauliflower fried rice recipe is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional fried rice.


Sprinkling Scallion and Sesame seed would also be great addition. But, hey, go with what you have.

  1. 1- Heat the coconut oil in a wok over high heat.


  2. 2- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and cook until fragrant.


  3. 3- Add the frozen peas and carrots, and cook until tender. Remove from the wok into a bowl or plate.


  4. 4- Add the cauliflower rice and cook until it is heated through.


  5. 5- Push the rice to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space.


  6. 6- Scramble the eggs and then mix them into the rice mixture. And add back the frozen peas and carrots you placed aside on step 3.


  7. 7- Season with salt and pepper.


  8. 8- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss or stir to combine.


  9. 9- Serve hot, topped with chopped scallion and a drizzle of half a tablespoon of sesame oil. A sprinkle of sesame seed would also be great.
