  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add avocado oil.


  2. 2- Add sliced onion and garlic. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until onion becomes translucent.


  3. 3- Add sliced red and green bell pepper and sliced mushrooms. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
