  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add avocado oil.


  2. 2- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and place in a plate.


  3. 3- Add asparagus and minced garlic. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender or turn bright green


  4. 4- Put back the cooked shrimp from step 2 and add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss or stir to combine.
