  1. 1- Heat a wok over high heat and add the lard.


  2. 2- Add pork strips and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Move to the side on a plate.


  3. 3- Add shredded cabbage and minced garlic. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.


  4. 4- Put back the pork strips and then add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss or stir to combine.
